LIBRARY OF HUMANITY / M-CCM RESEARCH ATLAS 0.5

15 COMPARATIVE CLUSTERS · 5 CONVERGENCE TYPES · PERMANENTLY CONTESTABLE

The Open
Cosmogony Atlas.

A provisional map of the bridges humanity has built between present traces and inaccessible origins — comparing structures, sources and cognitive operations without converting any tradition into truth or norm.

15comparative clusters
12transfer patterns
0direct routes to the Core
DOCUMENTED SOURCE

Atlas transferred from Moses_compendio_epistemico_v0.10, Appendix A–C and M-CCM v0.1–v0.5. English editorial translations are shown; original Italian records remain available in each row and in the baseline datasets. Specialist review is pending.

STRICT BOUNDARY

A historical or cultural pattern is neither a fact about ultimate reality nor a norm for action. No tradition passes directly into the Constitutional Core.

REVISION CONDITION

Every entry remains open to primary-source verification, internal differentiation, custodial limits, translation correction and competent community challenge.

SIMILARITY IS NOT INDEPENDENCE

Recurrence asks for a genealogy
before it asks for a conclusion.

Geographical distance does not prove epistemic independence. Similar forms may travel through contact, arise from comparable environments or recur because embodied minds face similar constraints.

Even robust independent convergence identifies a pattern worth testing. It never establishes metaphysical truth by repetition.

01 / CONVERGENCE

Historical

Similarity through common origin, contact or diffusion

Does not count as independent reinvention
02 / CONVERGENCE

Environmental

Analogous environments make analogous images available

Heuristic, not universal
03 / CONVERGENCE

Embodied

Body, birth, blood, seed and death recur

Recurrence is expected
04 / CONVERGENCE

Cognitive

Undifferentiated → distinction → order

General pattern to be tested
05 / CONVERGENCE

Independent epistemic

Functionally equivalent solutions in distant genealogies

Greater universalistic weight; never proof of truth
Across cultures, origins organise more than the cosmos. They may organise authority, responsibility and the imaginable future.

15 clusters.
No final cosmology.

The atlas compares the structure of an origin account, its source regime and the lesson provisionally identified by M-CCM. It does not decide whether a cosmogony is true, exhaustive, representative of an entire culture or normatively binding.

The atlas maps bridges.
It does not own either shore.

Living and Indigenous cosmogonies may be relational, performative, place-bound or restricted. Public representation requires appropriate competence, consent and custodianship.

Beginninglessness, creation, emergence, cycle and genealogy are families of unlike ideas. Shared labels must not erase incompatible causal, moral or experiential meanings.

Absence of surviving documentation is not evidence that a people lacked an account of origin. External archives may preserve distortion as readily as memory.
